This is the story of the establishment of a Royal Arch Chapter by members of Lodge of Economy No 76 and how it grew and developed to influence the business, professional and civic life of Winchester. Written for the Bicentenary of the Chapter of Economy No. 76, the book and its presentation at the celebration were recognised when the author received the Grand Superintendent’s Certificate of Service to Royal Arch Masonry at the Annual Provincial Convocation in June 2003.
